Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Purpose
Welcome to www.lesbellesvagabondes.com.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) are intended to inform the consumer of the rights and obligations of both parties—the Buyer and SAS Studio Romancie—in the context of product sales on the website www.lesbellesvagabondes.com.
Any order placed on the website implies full acceptance of these T&Cs, which the Buyer acknowledges having read before confirming the order.
The Buyer declares that the purchase is made strictly for personal use and that they have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
SAS Studio Romancie reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time.
2. Identity
SAS Studio Romancie, which markets the products of the brand Les Belles Vagabondes, is a company with a share capital of €10,000, registered under SIRET number 83886860200023.

3. Website Access
The Buyer is responsible for the computer and telecommunications equipment required to access www.lesbellesvagabondes.com. All costs related to access and use of the website are at the Buyer’s expense.
4. Orders
4.1 Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros, including VAT applicable in the country of delivery for EU countries, and a 20% VAT rate for other countries, excluding shipping fees. Shipping fees will be added before the order is confirmed.
Prices may be modified at any time by Les Belles Vagabondes, but the applicable prices are those in effect at the time the order is recorded.
4.2 Product Features and Availability
In accordance with Article L111-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer may consult the essential characteristics of the products on the website before placing an order.
Product offers are valid while stocks last. In the event of a stock shortage, Les Belles Vagabondes reserves the right to modify the product selection. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the item received (due to display settings).
4.3 Order
Any order placed on www.lesbellesvagabondes.com constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs without reservation. The Buyer confirms the order by clicking the “Confirm your order” button, after which an email confirmation will be sent.
The sale is considered final once the order confirmation has been issued and full payment has been received.
5. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. The Buyer may pay by credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard) or PayPal, excluding American Express cards. In the event of non-payment or a payment incident, SAS Studio Romancie reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.
6. Delivery and Receipt
6.1 General Conditions
Products are delivered to the address provided when placing the order. If the Buyer is absent, a delivery notice will be left to reschedule delivery. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to check the condition of the parcel upon receipt. In case of doubt, the Buyer must:
● Note reservations on the carrier’s delivery slip.
● Report the incident to SAS Studio Romancie.
6.2 Delivery Times
Delivery times are indicative and generally range from 1 to 7 working days. However, Les Belles Vagabondes undertakes to deliver within a maximum period of 30 days, in accordance with Article L121-20-3 of the French Consumer Code.
In case of non-delivery, the Buyer may cancel the order and obtain a refund.
6.3 Customs Fees
Any order delivered outside France may be subject to taxes and customs duties imposed when the parcel reaches its destination. These taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. SAS Studio Romancie is not required to verify or inform the customer of applicable customs duties. The customer should contact local authorities for further information.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has fourteen full days from receipt of the products to return them, at their own expense, for a refund.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the purchase invoice, to the following address:

Returns must be sent via registered mail. Damaged or non-compliant products will not be refunded or exchanged. The Buyer may choose:
● An exchange for a product of the same value,
● A refund by bank transfer.
Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
8. Warranty and Liability
In the event of a defective product or order error, the Buyer must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. If the claim is valid, products may be exchanged or refunded.
SAS Studio Romancie cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the website or products.
9. Retention of Ownership
Products remain the property of SAS Studio Romancie until full payment has been received.
